Hey, I’m Leah – the person behind Invisible Admin!

I started this business because I saw how many startups and lean teams were doing incredible things… but behind the scenes, things were starting to unravel. Compliance was getting missed, HR was a Google Doc, payroll was a weekly scramble, and leadership teams were burning out without support.

That’s where Invisible Admin comes in!

I’m here to be the person in the background – the one every strong business needs – making sure things are running smoothly while you focus on building, selling, leading, or launching. I take care of the invisible but essential work: HR, WHS, payroll, executive assistance, recruitment, leadership coaching, training, and more.
